The new constant temperature electric soldering iron can be used normally after coating the soldering iron tip with a layer of solder before use. After the constant temperature electric soldering iron is used for a period of time, a layer of oxide layer will be formed on the blade surface of the soldering iron tip and around it, which will cause "tin eating" "Difficult phenomenon, at this time the oxide layer can be filed off and re-plated with solder.

a. Reverse grip method: use five fingers to hold the handle of the constant temperature electric soldering iron in the palm. This method is suitable for high-power constant-temperature electric soldering iron, welding parts with large heat dissipation.

3. Welding steps:

1. One method is to quickly put the heated and tinned soldering iron tip into contact with the cored wire (cored wire), then touch the solder joint area, use the molten solder to help the initial heat conduction from the soldering iron to the workpiece, and then put the tin wire Move the soldering iron tip away from the soldering surface.

2. One method is to touch the soldering iron tip to the pin/pad, put the tin wire between the soldering iron tip and the pin to form a thermal bridge; then quickly move the tin wire to the opposite side of the soldering point area.

4. Precautions for welding with constant temperature electric soldering iron:
1. The temperature of the soldering iron tip of the constant temperature electric soldering iron should be appropriate. Different temperature soldering iron tips will produce different phenomena when placed on the rosin block. Generally speaking, the temperature when the rosin melts quickly and does not emit smoke is more suitable.

2. The welding time of the constant temperature electric soldering iron should be appropriate. From heating the soldering point to melting the solder and filling the soldering point, it should generally be completed within a few seconds. If the welding time is too long, the flux on the soldering point will completely volatilize, and the fluxing effect will be lost. If the welding time is too short, the temperature of the welding point will not reach the welding temperature, and the solder will not be fully melted, which will easily cause false welding.

3. The amount of solder and flux should be used appropriately. Generally, too much or too little solder and flux on the soldering point will have a great impact on the welding quality.

4. Prevent the solder on the welding point from flowing freely. The ideal welding should be that the solder is only welded where it needs to be welded. In the welding operation, the solder should be less at the beginning. After the soldering point reaches the soldering temperature and the solder flows into the gap of the soldering point, the solder is added to complete the soldering quickly.

5. Do not touch the soldering point during the welding process of the constant temperature electric soldering iron. When the solder on the soldering point has not completely solidified, the soldered device and wire on the soldering point should not be moved, otherwise the soldering point will be deformed and a virtual soldering phenomenon will occur.

6. When welding with a constant temperature electric soldering iron, the surrounding components and wires should not be scalded. When soldering, be careful not to let the electric soldering iron burn the plastic insulation layer of the surrounding wires and the surface of the components, especially for products with a relatively compact welding structure and a relatively complicated shape. .

7. After the welding is completed, the cleaning work after welding should be done in time. After the welding is completed, the cut off wire ends and the tin slag dropped during welding should be removed in time to prevent hidden dangers from falling into the product.
