1. Adjustment of the microscope lighting system
(1) Preliminary adjustment of the lighting source chamber outside the microscope
② Place the lamp room on the desktop, turn on the power, and use a dedicated screwdriver to adjust the focusing knob hole of the lamp (marked with "←→") to project the filament onto a wall 1-2m away, and adjust the image of the filament to be clear; Then adjust the high and low position of the lamp to adjust the filament hole (marked with "-") so that the filament position is appropriate; Adjust the left and right positions of the lamp to adjust the screw holes (marked with "-"), so that the left and right positions of the filament are suitable.
(2) The purpose of checking and correcting the position of the light emitting body (filament) in the microscope is to align the image end of the light emitting body into the field of view of the objective lens, ensuring that the field of view of the microscope is fully and uniformly illuminated from the perspective of the light source. This is a prerequisite for adjusting the Kuhler lighting system. Basic tools required: The alignment telescope was already equipped when purchasing a microscope.
② Select 10 × Objective lens, turn on the light source program to find the sample and focus clearly, then switch to 40 × The objective lens focuses the sample clearly (40 × The objective lens can clearly see the full view of the filament;
⑤ If the position of the filament is not suitable, adjust the "-" hole to adjust the filament image horizontally, adjust the "-" hole to adjust the filament image vertically, until the filament image is adjusted to a circular image that exactly fills the aperture of the objective lens;
